ETUDE HOUSE PRECIOUS MINERAL BLOOMING FIT BB CREAM IN NATURAL BEIGE W13

Here's a review on Etude House Precious Mineral Blooming Fit BB Cream in Natural Beige W13:

Price: P848.00
Available in: All Etude House stores

If you are looking for good BB Creams out there, then this is the thing! It is actually my first time to try this product and I am using it for a month now. I can truly say that it is great. Precious Mineral is the best selling line for face bases. It is formulated with minerals that brighten and lighten skin complexion, protect the skin from the sun and it has anti-aging ingredients. It also hydrates the skin and promises oil control.

This BB Cream comes in three shades: Natural Beige, Honey Beige and Light Beige. The BB Cream that I have is in Natural Beige.

I love the packaging of this product. It comes in a pump which I think is more hygienic because you don't have to open the cream. I also like the squeezable tube form because I can control what's coming out of the tube. And oh, the tube can also stand on it's own. How cute!

How the BB Cream looks like on my hand:

This shade blends well with my yellowish skin color.

The product has a soft and soothing consistency. It has a light scent of floral. I love how it feels when blended with the skin, it feels so light as if you don't have makeup on. There's no sticky feeling at all!
Bare Skin:

With one layer of BB Cream:

The product instantly brightened up my skin. I was impressed with the semi-matte and dewy finish when I first tried it out. I wasn't really expecting that this would cover my acne scars, but it did! It even reduced the redness of my pimple. It covered light to medium marks and even an illusion of a poreless complexion. I like how the cream spreads evenly even if you just put a small amount.

The product promises to help moisturize the face, control the oil and prevent aging. I really can't tell on the moisturizing part since I have an extremely oily skin. On the oil control, I think it doesn't do much job on me because without powder, it only lasts for 3 to 4 hours, so I have to put powder in order to prevent the oiliness.

WHAT I LIKE:
Packaging
Sunscreen Protection (SPF 30, PA++)
Stays long on skin
Feels light on skin
Brightens up skin
Easy to apply
Blends well with my skin

WHAT I DISLIKE:
Doesn't really help that much to control oil (or maybe I just have extremely oily skin)

Overall, this is a great product and I strongly recommend this to anyone out there who are looking for a good BB Cream and for those who have a sensitive skin.

That's the review. I hope I helped you out! :)

ST. IVES APRICOT SCRUB BLEMISH CONTROL REVIEW

Here's a review on St. Ives Apricot Scrub Blemish Control:

Price: P205

Where to buy: Watsons, SM Stores

If you are looking for an affordable yet effecting facial scrub, then you should try this one. I was having acne problems few months ago. My sister recommended me this product, she said this product did minimized her pores and it reduced her acne breakout. After a week, I bought this product. St. Ives is well known for its natural ingredients such as green tea, chamomile, oatmeal and of coarse, apricot. It's made of 100% exfoliants and it targets acne because it contains salacylic acid.

I've been using this product since September last year. It has really impressed me! My skin feels so clean and smooth after using it.

The texture of this product is thick and grainy. It's actually not rough on the skin unlike any products. Personally, I love how it feels when I massage this all over my face. It feels like my pores have minimized and my acne and blackheads have been removed. I usually rub this around my nose a.k.a. blackheads hideaway. But it doesn't really do a great job in removing makeup.

I love the scent of this product. It smells fruity and a little bit of soap.

This product has really minimized my pores, reduced my acne and blackheads breakout and did a great job in oil control. People also keep on telling me that my acne has reduced. Some of them are asking what product I use, and they even ask if I'm seeing a dermatologist. That means, this product did great on blemish control.

I would highly recommend this product for those people who are suffering from acne, excessive oil, and pore problems. I have tried number of products but those are only great at first. But this one, I have been using this since September last year but I can truly say that it did an amazing job for me. For those of you who want to try, a smaller tube is available that costs around P70-P80.

That's the review. I hope I helped you out! :)

EIGHTEEN

Unlike any other girls, I didn't spend my celebration of being of legal age with a grand party, those with fancy gowns, stillhettos, makeups, roses, candles or anything. But I can say that my 18th birthday, January 15, 2016, was a total blast!

I went to my first concert ever, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus "Dont You Fake It" 10th year anniversary. Yas, someone finally had my concert virginity! LMAO

They had their three-day concert in Philippines: January 14 on SM Fairview, January 15 on SM North Edsa, and January 16 on Cebu.

My sister was actually the one who told me about this concert. I wasn't really planning to go, since I only know some of their songs. But since the concert in Skydome is exactly on my birthday, I decided to go with her, and her friends. Besides, I've also been listening to their songs since 4th grade. They're actually one of the best bands during the "emo days" circa 2007.

This isn't as expensive as any other concerts. You just have to avail P1000 of any items and show the receit to the ticket booth. Then voila! You have the concert ticket.

We availed P2000 worth of ticket, little did we know that the Moshpit pass will have a merch and M&G. Finally, during my first concert, I have a M&G pass! How cool is that? And by the way, the merch serves as the gateway to meet the band.

I don't have much photos of the concert, since the camera of my phone is low quality. Photos are courtesy of SM North Edsa:

Well, this is actually one of my favorite part, when Ronnie Winter introduced his half-Filipina wife to the crowd. The last time they went to Philippines, she was just his girlfriend. Such relationship goals! A guy like Ronnie Winters puhlease *insert heart eyes emoji*

Too bad I didn't get to ask during the Q&A because it ended too fast.

But then tadaaaa! The M&G! I wasn't really expecting this so I had mixed emotions like, I'm so overwhelmed and nervous at the same time. I was supposedly going to ask Josh for his shirt, but when I came near him, I was dumbfounded, even with the whole band. Thank God I actually managed to act normal in front of them.

The day after the concert, I decided to post a photo about the concert. I posted the photo of the merch and M&G picture. Being overly dramatic as I am, I decided to put a long caption about the concert. It was totally worth it as they got to like my photo, greeted me a happy birthday on the comment box AND EVEN FOLLOWED ME BACK! TOO MUCH FOR ME TO HANDLE OMG!

I still regret that I didn't ask Josh for his shirt but then everything is still perfect. Special thanks to my sister for availing me the ticket! I really owe her big time! And for The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, for making my 18th birthday extra special. This is my first concert ever and I am really really really happy! I still can't believe that I've seen them, heard them live and met them! They even liked a post of mind, commented to greet me a happy birthday, and followed me back. Truly this is one of the birthdays that I will always cherish.

Some girls would've had a debut party for their 18th birthday, but I'd rather go to a concert which is the exact same day as my birhtday.
